At ExtensionBooster, we strive to provide a valuable service for Chrome extension developers. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making things right.
This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on our platform.
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
Credit Pack Purchases
- Request made within 30 days of purchase
- Credits have not been used or only minimally used
- No evidence of system abuse or manipulation
Subscription Plans
- Request made within 30 days of initial subscription or renewal
- Subscription features have not been extensively used
- First-time refund request for that subscription type
Technical Issues
- Platform errors that prevented you from using purchased services
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service unavailability for extended periods
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- Request made more than 30 days after purchase
- Credits have been substantially used (more than 20% consumed)
- Account was terminated for policy violations
- Reviews received through the platform were removed by Google (this is outside our control)
- Change of mind after actively using the service
- Multiple refund requests from the same account
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or system abuse
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Support
Visit our support page and submit a refund request with your account email.
Provide Details
Include your purchase date, transaction ID (if available), and reason for the refund request.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription:
- You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current period
- You will retain access to premium features until the period ends
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan
Important Notes
Credits Deduction: If a refund is approved for a credit purchase where some credits were used, the refund amount will be prorated based on remaining unused credits.
Account Status: Refund requests may be denied if your account has a history of policy violations or suspicious activity.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed through our payment provider. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.
Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Exchange rate differences are not compensated.
